After-sales policy
Different products have different warranty terms, generally including the following:
1、 Warranty:
Our company provides a one-year free warranty service with the warranty documents attached to the goods or the warranty stickers directly attached to the back of the equipment.
- After preliminary confirmation by our technical personnel as a product quality issue, if the customer returns the product and it is ultimately diagnosed as a product quality issue, our company will bear the round-trip shipping cost;
- After preliminary confirmation by our technical personnel as a product quality issue, the customer will return the product. If it is ultimately diagnosed as a non product quality issue, our company will bear the shipping cost of returning the product to the customer
- We will not bear any costs for products sent back without confirmation from our technical and business personnel
2、 Repair:
All products of our company offer lifetime free maintenance services. If replacement of components is required during the maintenance process, only the cost of the components will be charged. During the free maintenance period, the round-trip shipping cost of the products will be borne by the customer.
3、 Exchange:
For the malfunction of new products, the company provides a three-month free exchange service. Customers should first send the faulty product back by logistics or express delivery, and our company will send another new product back to the customer after receiving it. Our company will bear the shipping cost of returning the product to the customer;
Our company’s products undergo strict testing before being shipped out, so new product malfunctions are quite rare. Please be sure to read the manual carefully or consult our technical support personnel when operating, or have our technical support personnel remotely assist customers with the operation. After our technical support personnel confirm that the product is a problem, they will send the product back to our company to avoid round-trip time and postage loss.
When exchanging goods, the following points should be noted:
- Please ensure that the packaging is intact when returning to avoid damage during transportation.
- Products with damaged appearance, incomplete accessories or outer boxes will not be accepted.
- If the equipment is returned and confirmed through testing that it is not a product malfunction, but rather due to the consumer’s own operational negligence, mistakenly believing it to be an equipment malfunction, our company will not bear the shipping cost (Consumer negligence in operation includes: equipment damage caused by incorrect wiring, wire breakage and detachment due to careless use, equipment malfunction caused by incorrect operation, etc.)
4、 Non product malfunction exchange:
If the customer is not satisfied with the appearance or function of the received product, they can apply for a replacement service from the company within one week of receiving the product. After verification by the company, the product will be returned. After the company confirms that the returned product has no damage to the appearance, good packaging, and no quality problems after testing, the customer can replace it with another product of equivalent value. For the replaced product, if there is a price difference between them, the price difference will be compensated by the customer, but the company will not refund the price difference to the customer in any form. The replaced product will no longer enjoy non product fault replacement service. The round-trip shipping and other expenses incurred by non product fault replacement service will be borne by the customer;
5、 Return:
Our company provides a 7-day return service for products with quality issues. If any quality problems are found within 7 days of receiving the equipment (based on the courier tracking number), please communicate with our salesperson or technical support personnel in a timely manner. After the company’s technical support personnel confirm that it is a quality issue with the company’s products, the original complete product, its inner and outer packaging, accessories, and shipping label will be sent back to our company by express delivery. After our company checks and confirms that there are no errors, the refund can be processed. The round-trip shipping fee and all other expenses incurred will be borne by the customer
- Refunds must be made through remittance or transfer. Please attach the full name and account number of the remitting bank (which must be the recipient’s account or the recipient’s authorized account) along with the returned device, and sign to confirm, in order to avoid any further processing issues caused by incorrect account writing of the returning party.
- The product must be in brand new condition and fully packaged. Please send it back to our company by express delivery.
- Products with damaged appearance, incomplete accessories or outer boxes will not be accepted.
Remarks:
Any of the following items are not covered by the free full warranty, exchange, or return policy. Even if the equipment is within the warranty period, our company will charge relevant repair fees
- The above items refer to normal use, non-human damage situations such as dropping the machine, soaking the equipment in water, etc
- Human error caused by the user’s failure to follow the device instructions for incorrect operation;
- Damage caused to the equipment by the user’s own disassembly, repair, or modification;
- Damage caused by failure to follow the equipment instructions and improper maintenance and storage;
- Incomplete device information, such as easily shredded paper, date paper being removed, damaged, or altered;
- Other problems and malfunctions caused by abnormal use (mainly due to power supply or power quality issues);
- Malfunctions and damages caused by force majeure factors such as fires, earthquakes, ice and snow, lightning strikes, floods, etc.
